Conditions for January 6, 2026

We received 15cm of some very excellent snow yesterday. No offence to any of the other snow that has arrived this season but it is probably some the best snow we have received, in regards to base building. Chanse is riding shot gun today with Tim in the drivers seat. Everything has been regroomed with the Husky. There is a prediction of freezing rain today. Looking at the radar we are going to see a blip of it in the morning around 10 but then all clear for the balance of the day. Beyond that skiing will be really great today. It will be fast but fun. Likely worth ensuring you have easy glide and your skis are waxed.
