  May 1, 2026 We blinked and somehow ended up in May! Which means the Disc Golf Season has officially begun. 🥏 Baskets are in place according to UDisc, tee pads have been levelled and signage is up! We are missing a few signs here and there. Things always seem to disappear in the Winter no matter how hard we try. The course should still be very clear but be aware we are going to be adding more signage soon! You will see Outdoor Education School Groups from Tuesday to Friday in May and June. You will see the Trailblazer skiers training on the weekends. UPCOMING EVENTS Monday evening throughout May will be a Mountain Bike Kids Program. It will be extremely busy around the building with many young bikers. Please use caution. There will be limited access to Hole 1. Wilderness Summer Day Camp for campers ages 4 to 1

Wilderness Summer Day Camp for campers ages 4 to 11. Hunt for bugs and pond creatures, visit our farm animals, build shelters and cook a s’more over the campfire! Explore the outdoors this summer😎

Play from 9AM to sundown daily. You can pay by cash in person (no change available) or purchase your day ticket online. Season’s Passes are also available.

Hawkeye Summer Day Camp for campers ages 10 to 14!

Hawkeye Summer Day Camp for campers ages 10 to 14! Each day will have a new adventure where campers will mountain bike, play disc golf and learn new skills like archery, biathlon, how to read a map, and human survival skills. All while having a great time with friends and playing games!

Cost: $425 per week

2026 Camp Dates:

Maybe we will try disc skipping on the water instead of Disc Golf this season😅 As you can see as we look out towards Hole 3 we are still holding onto some water on the course.
At this stage we are going to aim to open the Disc Golf Course for May 1.
Pricing and hours will remain the same for the 2026 Season.
Cost: $10 a day or $80 for a Season’s Pass

Contrary to the weather that arrived this morning

Contrary to the weather that arrived this morning we are at the end of the season 💙 Our last day of skiing was March 29 which marked a very full 4 months of wonderful skiing.
Conditions were fantastic right until the very end. It was such a pleasure to end the season on a high note.
Thanks to everyone for an incrediable season. Without you there wouldn’t be us!

We are all looking forward to a restful April and are starting to prepare for our off season activties. Outdoor Education, Disc Golf and Summer Day Camp will keep us occupied until the 2026/2026 Ski Season begins!

Highlands Nordic is excited to introduce Rock Skiing for all your off season training. Skiers are made in the summer! Off season training is a critical part of maintaining your ski fitness. Don’t put away your skis just yet!

Have you ever been reading the Conditions Page and thinking there is no way it’s not icy out on the trails?
Chanse can work a lot of magic but in some cases the proper tools make all the difference in the world. This is where the Husky comes into play! Taking a sheet of ice and turning it into awesome skiable terrain. We have a tiller working away across the length of the trail and there is also a mini tiller breaking the winter surface right in front of the track setter making it possible to put in a solid track even in hard conditions.
