Conditions for December 22, 2020

Well we have had lots of questions about our plans for the lockdown. It has been A LOT of information to sort through and we have been working hard to come up with a solid plan. Moving into Grey… Ill be honest we still dont have all the answers yet but we are working closely with public health. 

Heres what we do know: the trails will remain open! 

– Cafe will remain open as take out.

– We have made the very challenging decision to not offer cross country ski rentals. Snowshoe rentals will be available. 

– The buildings (including the wax hut) will be closed expect for bathroom use (limit of 10 people). 

Stay tuned for more information as we learn it. Everything should be more clear by Thursday morning. As always we appreciate the support you have shown us & are looking forward to continuing to offer awesome trails this coming month. 

Please read the policies and procedures before you come for a ski. Click here. Right now it is updated with the current Red information and as we learn more we will update for Grey. You MUST wear a mask while in the building. Note that a wet buff coming in from skiing is not an effective mask. Please keep a clean and dry mask for when you return from your ski.

Conditions today will be a fast groomed granular. It was stay pretty quick through the whole day. Experienced skier will have a good time, but beginners might find it a bit challenging. Skate skiing is awesome out there! The classic skiing is also good, but you will need to use klister today 👍 Green, Blue, Yellow, Orange, Millennium Loop and Teal’s Tango are open! You still won’t need to use your rock skis, there is good coverage through the network with the exception of the Sugar Shack where it is bleeding through a little bit. Although you can step around that section pretty easily.

Fat biking is open! Conditions will be excellent today.

December 24th – 8:30AM to 2:30PM

December 25th – CLOSED

December 26th – 8:30AM to 4:30PM (regular hours)

December 31st – 8:30AM to 2:30PM

January 1st – 8:30AM to 4:30PM (regular hours)

Please respect our closing times so our staff can spend time with their families.

Contact Tracing and Active Screening must be done the for everyone coming onto the property the day they will be visiting. You cannot do this the night before. You can complete a form online. We request that you complete this before you show up. Note that cell service may not be good enough to do this onsite. Once the screening and tracing is complete you will receive an email that you will need to show at our health check station before you can head out to ski. Take a screen shot of your contact tracing so it is easy to find once you arrive! If the email you receive has comes back red, it mean you have answered YES to one of the screen questions. In that case you are NOT able to ski at our location that day. If the email you receive comes back green, we will see you on the trails shortly! We have a paper copy that can be done in person as a back up.
