Noon Update:

Trails are now closed for the reminder of the day. We will post an update tomorrow morning.Β

____________________________________________

We are in for a wonky couple of days. We have decided to play it safe today in the hopes of preserving the base that we have as it is getting quite warm by the end of the days. Trails are only going to be open until noon today. Get your ski in early! It will be pretty fast first thing very much like yesterday and then slow down as it gets warmer. Chanse has kept the machinery off the trails today. We are in a bit of a wait and see moment here as the forecast for the amount of rain keeps changing. Of course stay tuned to the Conditions Page tomorrow morning for our next update.

Rentals are open. Lessons will begin on December 19. We will start taking those bookings over the phone on Monday December 15.

Green, Blue, Yellow, Orange with Millennium Loop, Quarry Loop, Back Red and Teal’s Tango are open.

We are open for regular hours:

Today will be a day to find a trail in the trees! Conditions are in excellent shape but there is a certainly a wind chill out there. But we all know there is no bad weather just bad clothing choices! Put on some layers and enjoy some time outside. Chanse has regroomed everything with the Husky to deal with any drifts that can through. We may see some drifts build throughout the day on Teal’s Tango and the Back Red.

Another day, another ride in the Husky for Chanse. Everything has been regroomed and is looking in great shape. We are expecting a bit of snow today so you may find it a bit snow-covered and wind swept in a few key areas. Although a little bit soft we couldn’t ask for better conditions in the middle of December!

Chanse was feeling like he has done his time on the snowmobile so today he treated himself to a ride in the Husky. Which means it is also a treat for us! The long awaited opening for the Back Red is here! Chanse has been working his butt off to get it fully cleaned up from the ice storm. Thanks to those who helped! Conditions are in excellent shape. The Quarry Loop is a little thin on the top downhill. You may find it a bit soft in place that havent seen as much traffic. Pick a trail in the trees today. It looks a bit windy so it may be a bit wind swept.

Just a dusting of snow since the dump of snow the day before. Conditions are in great shape. Still a little soft in spots. The track is firmer than expected! I can confirm this as I managed a trail inspection of my own yesterday. At the top of the Quarry Loop is a bit thin. Chanse has used the snowmobile and ginzue to tidy up the skate lane.

We are open for rentals but aren’t quite ready for public lessons yet but really soon I promise!

It was seriously snowy day out there yesterday! And likely more to come today. We got enough that Chanse took out the big Husky 🀩 Woof woof! It will be a bit soft today and might get snow covered although the snow has stopped at this moment in time. It will be a great classic day.

Just a little bit of snow overnight but there is certainly more on the way! It is a snow day in our neck of the woods and we are expecting a decent about of snow to come today. Chanse has regroomed everything with the snowmobile and ginzue, but you will find it snow covered today. This is very sticky snow, so be sure to have waxed your skis, put on your easy glide and skin care. That will make for a more successful ski day.

We are open for rentals but aren’t quite ready for public lessons yet but really soon I promise!
